Prof. Anass Doukkali is a distinguished healthcare leader, academic, and former Minister of Health of Morocco, recognized for advancing digital health and healthcare transformation across Morocco and Africa. As President of the e-Health Innovation Center (CIeS) and Professor at Mohammed V University in Rabat, he brings together public policy, academia, technology, and healthcare innovation.
A leading advocate for responsible AI in healthcare, Prof. Doukkali has championed initiatives in e-health, interoperability, health data, HealthTech innovation, and digital transformation. He has played a key role in shaping Morocco’s vision for AI-enabled healthcare, including leading collaborative work on the country’s White Paper on Artificial Intelligence in Health.
