Dr. Fawzi Masad is a highly respected leader in urban management, strategic planning, and institutional performance, with decades of experience shaping sustainable city development. He served as the City Manager of Amman (2012–2016) and as Vice President of the Jordanian Engineers Association, where he played a pivotal role in advancing urban infrastructure and governance.
