Her Excellency Eng. Badria Al-Balbeisi is a distinguished leader in human resources and leadership development, with decades of service in advancing public sector excellence. She currently serves as the Minister of State for Public Sector Development in Jordan, where she spearheads strategies for modernization, institutional growth, and effective governance.

Her career includes several high-level leadership roles, such as Secretary General of the Civil Service Bureau, Secretary General of the Ministry of Public Sector Development, and Director of Institutional Development and Policy at the Prime Ministry. She has also contributed as a member of the Public Sector Modernization Committee, helping shape transformative reforms in Jordan.

At the regional level, H.E. Eng. Badria served as Secretary General of the Arab Organization for Electoral Management Bodies, strengthening institutional cooperation and governance across the Arab world.
